We specialize in high-performance reinforced plastic 3D printing, combining durable Onyx with continuous fiber reinforcement for enhanced strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability. This produces industrial-grade components suitable for functional prototypes, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and structural parts.

For applications requiring flexibility and impact resistance, we also offer TPU 95A (thermoplastic polyurethane). TPU enables elastic, durable parts ideal for gaskets, wearable components, protective covers, and other applications where flexible performance is critical.

Metal 3D printing

AM3D delivers high-precision metal 3D printing for functional, production-ready parts. Our paste-based process skips debinding, reducing lead times and considerably optimizing production costs, while producing reliable, non-porous components with great dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and high-temperature performance. Ideal for prototypes, tooling, enclosures, and load-bearing parts in demanding applications.

MPD also enables versatile post-processing during the part’s green state. Water smoothing improves surface finish, delivering cleaner and smoother parts for visual prototypes or assemblies. For larger or complex components, water bonding allows multiple green-state parts to be joined/bonded into a single piece that fits within the sintering volume, enabling larger production-ready parts without compromising strength or accuracy.
